Scott, Evening primrose should not be taken for more than one month by women. I had the misfortune of using it for three months and i had a growth in my uterus. I was warned by an oby/gyne not to use it for long term, but i still went ahead and used it for three months. Sure enough i had the growth and it slowly shrank after i stopped taking the evening primrose.
