There seems to be a variety of opinions on this taste issue (what a
surprise! ;))
I don't see how I could have this problem, though, as I have used
ozonated sodium-free DW (brand: Crystal Springs), and wipe the
electrodes very often to avoid residue on the bottom. I use room
temperature water, have 27 volts and end up with clear to *just barely*
yellow color depending on the time. The taste varies depending on what I
have eaten or drunk (or not) before I take it. I really think it is my
extreme over sensitivity to bitterness (I couldn't drink tonic water
with a gun held to my head)

On the other hand, I don't want to take chances...
