Good News and Great Progress!
Tim Vawter has filed a lawsuit against the US Government and various
state governments and at least, at the moment, has filed a preliminary
injunction to stop mandatory vaccinations. When the judge signs this, it
will then become secured until the trial is completed.
What exactly is a preliminary injunction? It is a temporary order made
by a court at the request of one party that prevents the other party
from pursuing a particular course of conduct until the conclusion of a
trial on the merits.
So getting a preliminary injunction is a big deal especially when we are
talking about vaccinations!
