Hi,
and Sure. Basically I am using waterOZ copper. I started by swishing
about a tablespoon
3 x a day, but found it stained my teeth a REALLY ugly color of brown.
Since then I have been
taking it and holding under my tongue for a minute or so, and then
swallowing. The backs of
my bottom front teeth are stained, but no one but me and my tongue see them
anyhow!! ;~)
Then I mixed some half and half with WaterOZ Silver, and put it in a bottle
with a dropper. When
I got the thrush, I took a dropper full of the mixture and just rolled it
around my tongue being careful
not to get any on my teeth. It cleared up the thrush COMPLETELY in three
days flat. I did this
twice a day after brushing my teeth.
(geez I'm really sounding like ive got some kind of tooth fetish here. . . .
. ) (grin)
When the vaginal yeast was awful, I douched with a mixture of 1/8 C copper,
1/8 cup silver, a squirt
of goldenseal tincture, and 1/2 C distilled water. Worked FABULOUSLY.
In addition to that, I've been taking about 1/4 C silver 3x a day.
Right now I am suffering from a terrible brain fog, which I believe is a die
off, since it is also coupled
with depression which seems to accompany all my herxes.
