Hello Michael, Bear in mind that the FDA cannot ban the sale or use of silver in any form. All they control is the labeling and advertising -- the claims that are made for treatment of disease. It has no impact on us, if we're making our own and not selling it. And even if you want to sell it (first get a local or state health permit), just don't make ANY claims of effectiveness.
