No, no side effects.
This is the weight gain time of the year ....now until January
for me and I need to put a stop to it. I haven't been successful limiting
carbs. I guess the carb blocker wouldn't work against sugar, but any help
would be appreciated!
Yep, they only work against starches. We use the phase II compositions.
