I don't know if there is a phaseolus vulgaris skin powder available, i've not seen one. I guess you have to plant your own, or ask a farmer to ripen some for you. Do not eat the beans inside. What i notice though is that when i cook the entire beans and eat it, my blood sugar gets to normal reading but my hands ache, probably the uric acid in the beans. Does anyone know of a good herb to rid of uric acid? Melly
