I think we all understand that the carb blocker would only be a small part of 
all the things we do to ensure good nutrition.  I love to go out to lunch with 
friends and enjoy a varied diet....some of which is not the best, but is very 
enjoyable to eat.  So, a little extra help is available and I don't have to 
feel quite so guilty about doing what I enjoy.  I could sit at home and slurp 
up a raw veggie shake....
