In the Philippines people apply course sea salt. This is how to do it, take the snail and sprinkle salt inside the shell, you will see later water oozing out that is because the snail seems to melt. It will kill it. Alternatively, if there are many of them, gather them and dump them in a basin filled with water with lots of sea salt. They also die this way.Melly
