Target voltage depends of electrode distance, surface area of electrode
exposed to the water and the amount of current you choose.
Once you have it running the way you want...it will run pretty much the
same each time. [water differences will make some variables pop up,
particularly with the time it takes]
As nearly all of it is ionic, particle size doesn't really matter much.
Think on this little item:
A test was done on dogs where they inhaled silver DUST and 94% appeared
in their digestive tract to be eliminated within 30 days...so a "lump" of
silver in the lungs just might make a good time release *systemic* pill.
Is it possible that the lungs manufacture some amount of Hydrogen
Peroxide when stimulated?

Thanks Ode!
I want to brew a batch for the nebulizer. I'm guessing 5 to 10 PPM
will still give me a small enough particle size.
Can you recommend a shut off target voltage? Any guidance will be
greatly appreciated!
