Something that also gives relief is...   1 Tbls Apple Cider Vinegar (good 
stuff) and 1 Tbls Honey (Good Stuff)..  use a large mug and fill with both and 
fill with hot water or use collodial silver hot water.  Taste if to sweet more 
apple cider to bitter more honey.  
Just relax and sip and enjoy.  When my throat is sore (hardly ever) I do this 2 
or 3 times a day..  it's a great night time drink for  before bed.
