If you haven't tried Celtic Sea Salt light grey, then you may want to. I
never thought I would actually grind salt with a mortar and pestle, but for
this wonderful stuff I sure do! And am glad to get the opportunity. The
crystals are too large for me to use with comfort so I grind them. Yummy! And
it is 17.?% minerals whereas Real Salt is only 3% minerals. These figures are
from Selena Naturally. Anyhow, this stuff is grreat! It has added greatly to
my enjoyment of foods, just as Irish Butter has, and I feel stronger since
beginning its use. I have no financial ties with either company. :) pj
