On the other hand you can take R-ALA and Acetyl-L-Carnitine and it will
recycle vit C, glutathione, and other antioxidants, including I believe
Vit E. Thereby extending their lifespan and greatly increasing their
effectiveness. Not to mention that R ALA is a heavy hitter antioxidant
all by itself. I prefer the R form to the regular ALA. The R fraction is
the part that does the most good and the S fraction in regular ALA tends
to negate the R fraction (from what I understand), and causes
gastrointestinal upset in some folks.

I said that as the formula is written there is 12 grams of ascorbic acid
in 12 ounces of water, so an ounce of the liquid would contain 1gram of
vit C, which according to the claim is 5 times as effective as plain Vit
C., and almost as effective as intravenously.
My question was, how much should I take, and why does it taste so bad?

What was the question as I didn't see it?
Donna ACS
Why can I not get an answer to my questions about the ascorbic acid
and lecethin concoction (LET), that was posted on this group?
Brooks Bradley posted it originally, but he has not answered either.
