During the immediately past 15 years we have conducted myriad investigations, experiments and studies involving Vitamin C as the parent...or one of the principal companions. We have never observed any untoward effects of any form of vitamin C----upon any of the probiotic constituents present in the combined spectrum of active elements
in ANY research procedure we have prosecuted. Others may have experienced different results.
p.s. As a matter of possible interest, I say....we have observed a very powerful positive, reinforcing effect by Vitamin C upon MANY other components in a large number (dozens) of experimental protocols addressing both pathological insults and dietary effects.

Does anyone know if C's destroys probiotics and if so what is the time one needs between taking C's and any kind of probiotic?
Thanks
Seth
