Hi. I am asking for help "again". Since I read that a nebulizer with CS could
be very beneficial in preventing and fighting the flu, I ordered one (not here
yet). I am so new at these things that I had a few questions. As maintenance,
do I nebulize daily and for how long? I make my CS with a Sota which is 5-10
ppm, is that CS strong enough? Do I put the CS pure in the medicine
container? Can I overdone on this and cause harm to may lungs? Also, if anyone
has a site I could go to that could be of help? Googled around but there is
not much out there. Many thanks for any help given......Orrilia
