For years I've used an empty and naturally well cleaned commercial Ayr
bottle filled with Colloidal Silver Water to spray into the nose. If you
tip your head way back over the edge of your bed the CSW will seep deep into
the sinus cavities to kill off any infection there. It's worked for me for
years. Obviously a glass nasal sprayer would be more ideal. Some of the
CSW tends to "magnetize" to the sides of plastic bottles. I controlled my
94 year old Aunt's Asthma with CSW, NAC, vitamin C, vitam D3, and Cod Liver
Oil.
Following two time Nobel Prize winner Linus Pauling's advice, I take 15
grams of Vitamin C daily over the course of the day to avoid respiratory
problems, the flu, and as a cancer and flu preventative. Pauling called it
"the glue of the body" for good reason. I was taking only 10 grams daily
for 35 years until I hit 65 years of age and upped it to 15 grams daily.
When Pauling took 18 grams daily at 90 years of age he found through a
urination test that he only urinated off 15%. That means the rest was going
to work to heal. Had Pauling known how to support his prostate he may not
have contracted prostate cancer which he died from at 93.
