Well, I didn't comment on the MS cure article, but I did get pretty excited.  
Read the article out loud to my wife and emailed it to a few folks.    I think 
this is great when something like this comes around and turns the 
traditional-thinking medical world on its ear.

The groups that exist to find a cure for MS or other 'uncurable' diseases know 
full well that a true cure or corrective procedure would put them out of 
business.  This is when we find out whether the various research groups are 
really trying to cure this thing, or just making an appearance and trashing any 
real breakthroughs so that they will always be needed.

Same comment could be made for various civil rights groups...... nobody wants 
to put an end to the gravy train, so nobody will ever admit that the compelling 
reasons for their existence are no longer quite so compelling and will have to 
constantly do what they can to exaggerate things in order to justify their 
continued existence.   But this is another topic.
