Yes, for shipping reasons, including taking a vacation especially via
plane. Other possibilities are to have a small bottle of concentrate
and be able to add one drop to a glass of water when eating out to
completely disinfect it. Another use would be in compounding, making a
product which CS is a major portion of the product, much less CS and
thus dilution could be done.
