Brooks said something about not heating the solution....warm will melt
rather than encapsulate. If you use warm water to liquefy the lecithin,
let it cool before pouring into the US cleaner for the encapsulation
process.
As you know from the file I sent, I put mine in a vita mix to dissolve
the lecithin and also to dissolve the Sodium Ascorbate....and also to
start the encapsulation process.

Is this the list I got the information about using an ultrasound
jewelery cleaner to encapsulate vitamin C in lecithin?
If so, maybe someone can help me. I have been using a lecithin that
was coarse looking in small granules. When I reordered granulated it
came much finer, almost a powder. I made some today by dissolving the
lecithin in one cup of hot water and shaking it. Same with the vit C
in 1/2 cup hot water. After vibrating it in the ultrasound device for
480 seconds the lecithin was in a number of gummy pieces and the
liquid was not as milky as it had been. I did stir it while vibrating
3 or 4 times.
Previously, it had been very white or creamy looking with a small
amount of uncombined lecithin on the bottom. I would shake it before
using and it mixed in well. When I poured it today, out of the mixer,
lots of the lumps of uncombined lecithin flopped out.
Any help?
Thanks Dick
