Yes indeed. I think that by default when most people are talking about hydrogen peroxide, they are talking about 3% dilution. I've been using the standard grocery store stuff. If that makes you nervous at all, buy a bottle of the 35% food grade stuff and then dilute a portion of it WITH distilled water to a 3% solution. 11 ounces of distilled water and 1 ounce of the 35% food grade will be pretty close to a 3% product.
NEVER let the 35% stuff touch your skin, it's way too strong and will do nasty stuff to your skin. Ingesting the 35% stuff will result in a prompt trip to the emergency room and some nasty internal burns. I do use the food grade stuff for ingestion. Usually by adding 4-5 drops to a glass of water or iced tea and stirring. I do not recommend a stronger dose than this.
