NO. EIS is what many people call colloidal silver. But many people call things that are not colloidal silver colloidal silver ( silver salts, silver protein ), confusing everyone, so we refer to REAL colloidal silver as EIS here. You make it by electrilytically isolating silver by electric current in distilled water thus the name of Electrolytically Isolated Silver.
