If you get the results you want....who cares what's true.
Get sick, take CS till you forget to...if you don't forget to, try
something else until you forget to do that.
Either, or, and.... till done.
Once well, there's nothing you need remember....no proof needed.

I find that many people aren't clear on the difference between facts and
opinions. The truth is, since you DID take CS, there is no way to know
FOR SURE what would have happened had you not taken it.
Having said that. I believe that your health has been dramatically
improved by the steps you have taken, whether there is a way to prove this
saved your life or not is another issue.

it was cs that was most important...at a desperate time like I was
suffocating I started putting ionic 5 ppm in CPAP machine and put

The vaccine may have crossed an existing threshold for you, but by your
own testimony, wasn't the major source of mercury.

You don't know.
I've been using CS for ten years and haven't gotten sick, therefore "CS
prevents illness".
However, HAVING used the CS, you DON'T know what would have happened
had you not...and you just can't do both at once to find out.
So, at best, we can draw a general conclusion about ideas.
It's a good idea to use CS....even if it doesn't work, it does no harm
and it just might work, but there's no way to know on a personal basis
and illness is nothing BUT personal.
It's a good idea to avoid ALL sources of mercury as best you can.
