Arm and hammer has no aluminum in it. Baking soda is sodium bicarbonate and only has carbon, hydrogen and oxygen in it. I even have a copy of a letter from them stating that it has no aluminum in it because of the urban legion that it does. Apparently some people confuse baking power with baking soda.
