Exactly my point Sol. Kmart just explained that it's hard to post sometimes so he/she just copies and pastes. Easiest for him. Which is what I was trying to get across.
And you've just said it was too hard to read because of your vision problems which is what I just tried to get across to Kmart for the "take me off the list post". It's called patience and acceptance on everyone's part.
