If there is substance to Jasmuheen's Living light, then drawing chi, ki, prana from the universe by practicing chi kung isn't far fetched. I do this in front of a big tree in the park. This is not an oddity in San Francisco I'm reading a book now by a Japanese ballet master who is teaching breathing thru the sole of the foot. Of course, this is not new in Chinese internal arts, except no one really teaches it. According to this master, the famous ballet dancers, such as N......,? and P......? seemed suspended in air when they leap because they were able to breath thru the soles of their feet.
