Does anyone have a natural remedy for bloating.. My stomack/abdomin swells up like a ballon and is very painful. This occurs after sitting in front of computer for a period of time... it's like something is being pinched and it balloons up. I'm drinking my CS and distilled water and have not eaten recently...
