Hi Nenah. That's why Peter says to only get a mattress (there's one company
that makes them, though I can't remember which) that has that section
without magnets.

He says it's because even sleeping on the north face all the time over
stimulates the adrenals after a while.

North face to the rest of the body every night is fine, but not the
adrenals. That's probably what you were feeling. Drinking the water is
fine. The kidneys excrete that so no excess builds up. It's that constant,
8 hours every night on the adrenals that is bad.

So yes--a mattress without any magnets in a section big enough that the
section of your body where the adrenals/kidneys are. Thinking about it now,
maybe it's Peter's company that makes them? He doesn't have anything about
it on his site, but I remember when he was telling me about it that the
mattresses were custom made because the person would have to give their
height so that the magnets could be left out of the proper section.

I then asked him about the magnet pads for dogs. So many people say it's
very helpful for their pets to sleep on these, and he says that the magnets
don't hurt their adrenals as much as they do humans'. Still, afaic, I would
not use a magnetic pad for my pets either, because of the over stimulation.

Instead I have taped a magnet, north side facing towards the dog, onto their
collars. This stays on 24/7, plus they drink magnetized water. It seems to
be working--as my old dog who has cancer, just keeps on going. Peter even
said that--it seems that old dogs just keep going, not getting worse as you
would expect.

Samala,
Renee

At first I slept great on it. Then I got very jittery. Dr. Bonlie told me by
phone that although my response wasn’t unique, the intensity of that
response was unusual, and that it signified heavy metals being pulled out of
my body. I got a prescription for DMSA (not a typo) to help with the
chelating. It didn’t do anything as far as I could tell. Much later I read
conflicting reports, including one that said DMSA shouldn’t be used until
other substances are used first.
