D3, K2, magnesium, zinc, boron, strontium,
selenium, no more than 2 mg of copper to offset
the increased zinc, just a little extra good
protein. Eggs are a good whole protein source, and
easily digested. The gelatin that Brooks
recommended, but it can be gotten by making broth
from chicken, beef, pork bones and scraps too.
Turmeric for inflammation. It's less likely to
cause side effects, but white willow will work as
well, but it thins the blood like aspirin. So if
he's taking blood thinners then it might not be a
good idea.
If he's injured, and I think a cracked vertebra
qualifies, then the body is stressed and a good B
complex stress formula would probably benefit.
You might look at the bone set herb also.
