Yes it does.  My son calls it the "Old man on a wet kitchen floor" gait.  
Whatever, if I don't fall down, who cares what they call it.  :-)

flat-footed"  With that you are much less apt to slip and if you do,
you will sit down, rather than your feet flying out from under you and
landing on your hip, shoulder, and / or head,
