Do you think it could make you deficient in iodine if you *weren't* supplementing with iodine Dave? I must say I am worried about taking megadoses of *anything* in case of causing imbalance which I've read, is worse than deficiency in anything. I have also read that huge doses of Vit C can leach calcium from the bones, but don't know if this is ascorbic acid or *any* type of Vit C. dee
