# 1 recipe;
 I use 
Three level tablespoons of Granular Lecithin in one[1] cup of warm water [ 
blends in better].
In one half [1/2] cup of cold water use two[2] teaspoons of Ascorbic Acid 
powder; one[1] teaspoon of Bi-Carbonate of Soda [Baking Soda],let fizz out.
I then put both mixes into an appropriate size jar and blend with a Braun hand 
blender for approx. 10 to 15 seconds.
This makes Liposomal Sodium Ascorbate;Vit.C.
So far my batches have stayed in solution,[no  separation], until used;kept in 
the 'fridge.
The taste of this is fairly pleasant.
# 2 recipe;
I used Calcium Ascobate C powder with same protocol as above except one[1] 
level tablespoon of C.Ascorbate in one half[1/2] cup of water instead.
The taste of this one is not too pleasing so,I later tried adding 1 tablespoon 
of liquid honey,blended it in and it was very much better tasting.
