Bless you Sol - I pulled it apart and it has a rubber piece inside that can be raised or lowered to adjust the air flow. So yes, I can adjust it down now very low. Thank you so much for the suggestion to look further.
You mentioned earlier the bubbles should come out between the electrodes. Do I place the tubing near the bottom of the jar? Do I leave it on the whole time?
