I have two liters of the magnesium carbonate in
the fridge. What is the Cayce Hoxsey mix, and do
you add it to the magnesium carbonate? :)

People make it with Milk of Magnesia in carbonated water.
MoM being unavailable in Oz, I have been using Alkamag to make it.
One can add flavourings; I usually add Aloe Vera juice, Magnascent and
Cayce Hoxsey Mix in the mornings.
