OK, this is not an answer necessarily, and I'm a layman, and I don't know
anything about Lyme to boot...there, that's out of the way.
This is what I do all the time for emergency onset of something I consider
warranted...I make ONE (1) 300ml batch first thing in the morning to be
ingested in the first half of the day while awake, I then make ANOTHER similar
batch around noon, or shortly after, to be ingested in the afternoon hours
while awake, totalling around 600 odd ml per day, this I consider floods the
body with a solution that is HIGHEST in ionic content cos I believe THAT is the
best type in some circumstances, and it's swirled around under the tongue for a
few minutes before swallowing as well, for rapid absorption as well, thereby
substantially bypassing the gut.
However, I don't take, drink, sniff, snort, soak, supplement, apply or pop
anything else either, {obscenely healthy praps} If one is taking anything else
in conjunction with EIS then one can ignore this cos I take no part in it.
I believe it's the TYPE of solution, and HOW MUCH of that solution to use. As
with most things EIS related, I think essentially there is mostly only
opinions, anecdotes and testimonials to go on...apart from these, I make my own
determinations.
As for "what's the best?"...I interpret that as *TYPE* of solution and not
machine used to produce it, {doesn't matter a hoot to me what machine one
uses}. My philosophy is...some circumstances require hitting hard and fast
{ionic, or 'active', due to electrical charge} and possibly doing so for a
period of time, and some can be pussyfooted around with {a more stabilised
solution, 'passive', which has less ionic content}. It's got nothing to do
with what machine one uses to produce the product, but more to do with what
TYPE of that product is being used {my opinion, and arguable no doubt}.
OK, I only spoke cos I don't believe I read anywhere of what *type* of solution
you're ingesting and was curious.
And I reiterate, I know nothing about Lyme, and I may not know a heck of a lot
about the intricate detailed chemistry behind EIS either, but that's what I do,
and this is my two bobs worth <g>.
