Thanks Golden Aldi,
Mush veggie talk helpful; I have plenty of coconut oil/butter here, etc. I
don't do dairy here, nor in my own life animal products, but for my girl animal
is great; fish is great for her too.

Changed vet appt. to today and she is doing super well according to my
thoughts/eyes.

Carolg

Well there are plenty of things you can mix into the veggie mixture to make it
smell more appetizing, like an oil... either coconut, olive, flax, salmon...
make sure its an oil that is healthy. Don't use processed oils, but oils that
have been "cold pressed".

The veggies I make are also very mushy. Its easier on their palate, and when
its all mixed up with the DE and the Algae and the MSM and the raw meat, their
mouths are already dripping with drool :-)

You could also add sour milk you may have in the fridge, or some cottage
cheese, or joghurt... they also love that! Or an egg, with the shell... which
mixes well in the food processor. I also hardly ever throw out things that
have gone bad, like cold cuts, or cheese. They don't mind a little bit of green
mold which can be wiped off. Some people will throw out food wastefully,
instead of feeding what's still good to the dogs. Especially meat... I've had
chicken that spoiled, cause I didn't get around to preparing it for us. It
happens sometimes..., I just cut it up, and throw it to the dogs. They have
never gotten sick. Of course I would never give it to them if it were totally
gross, and green with mold, or full of maggots, although I bet you, that if
they were strays, and found something like that in some garbage bin, they would
probably gulf it down in 2 seconds. Yuck!

I didn't want to gross anyone out.
