gatorade also has high sodium content, which tends to counteract potassium. powerade is much better from that standpoint, but also has the sugar. smartwater is probably the best.

I wouldn't touch gatorade. Have you checked the ingredients? Yes, you'd get potassium, but also lots of things you probably aren't wanting, including sugar/corn syrup. Sara
