Wouldn't you know - after I deleted allllllllll the MSM goodies, I have two different people ask me about it? I seem to recall one or two really lengthy posts on what it is, where to get it, how to use it, etc. If someone with those posts handy could forward them on to me, it'd be of great benefit to my witch-doctory (as my parents call me <g>).
