The lecithin I use is labeled, from NON GMO seed stock,NON Irradiated,and has the seal of "The Rabbinical Council of B.C." It does not clump,no odor,is free running,a nice golden color and is very mild,a bit of a nutty,buttery taste. The Bi-carbonate of soda I have states on it that it is Aluminum free.
