Sharon, Hi, I don't know if you remember me, I am from the silver list. I am taking the CS for lyme. Well I just wanted to thank you. You see some emails I keep and hold to just to read when I need them. Well I had sent you an email awhile back asking about a die off reacttion. I was feeling pretty good then today I started with the depression, racing heartbeat, hotflashes, and anxiety. It scared the heck out of me. Then I found your email which reminded me that I am probably experiencing a herx. You may not know what this meant to me to read this email again but when you start to feel panicky you need something to ground you again and your email did just that.
