Keep watching for it. I'm also trying to locate the Archives of Surgery published by the AMA where Dr. Margraf reported his findings. If I get it in time, I will also send it to you. (and anything else that might help) As for "payment" ,a kangaroo or koala might be nice-but seriously, just the act of helping your friend gives me something that no object can. It really is more blessed to give than receive.
