Just my experience here--
Having been on antibiotics for 9 years, I am real sensitive to knowing when 
my flora is in an inbalance--I get a dull pain. I  do notice a difference 
taking CS--I take 30ppm about a tsp a day. Not a major difference, but I do 
need acidophilus to prevent problems about 2 or 3 times a week. The pain 
disappears shortly after acidophilus--couple hours.
