I heard a couple of days ago that orthodox medicine now thinks that chronic sinus infections are caused by fungal and not bacterial infections of the sinus cavities. Maybe cs dropped into the nose and sniffed into the upper reaches of the nasal cavity can help. The cs has to come into physical contact with the critters and stay in contact with them for some minutes before it can kill them. That's probably why it didn't work before. It wasn't touching the fungus in the sinuses so it couldn't kill it.
