Hi PT, I'm not Marshalee, but I can tell you what CMO stands for. It is Cetylmyristoleate. I can vouch for what Marshalee says about it. I wouldn't be without it, and take it on a regular basis.
Here is a little bit more information about it. I first learned about CMO several years back from both Brooks Bradley and Donna Crow. It is great stuff! There are many brands.
