I used a crystal glass container as a brewing vessel a couple of years ago and
although it was clear on completion of production it turned 'tea' coloured
{your 'copper' colour maybe?} over time. I put it down to the lead in the
crystal which praps caused this. Always have been planning on repeating this
excercise to find out if it WAS the lead crystal which affected that solution.
It didn't stop me from spraying it on white lesions on tonsils of a family
member last year, seemed to work a treat {to which I had no doubt it would}.
Guess I'm in the minority who isn't phased by a particular solution turning
yellow at times, and because you said yours was yellow but *clear*, THAT is the
reason I'm not phased by it at all.

Subject: CS>CS:Brown CS
Just recalled ;in my early experimenting making CS?EIS,I was trying various
power sources. One brew went so dark it was deep coppery brown.I can't remember
for sure what source of power I used, but I think it was 120VAC through a
resistance. It seemed to be doing OK,but,I had an interruption and forgot it was
running.By the time I remembered,it was that deep colour.I was using two
Canadian Maple leaf coins and the one looked like part of it had been melted
off by a torch.I'm sure there was enough silver in that 1/2 gallon to dilute
down and treat all the people in New York.I have had deep yellow for much the
same reason using 27/34VDC and being distracted, letting it brew too long. But,I
never dumped this as it was yellow but clear.I diluted it with DW and used it
topically.
