Yes Del, me too and I didn't really wish to add anything to it either. I find
it lasts for ages as the cream forms a thick protective crust.

Maybe for pasteurized milk this is ok, but I only drink raw milk and it is my
understanding that this will kill the beneficial microbes in the raw milk.
