I have been using CS from the company below called Herbal Healer Academy. It supposedly is made with casein which I was told in studies show it can cause agryia. I would like to know two things. I have never made my own CS and really don't know how to do it. I have been looking into so many units, Silver Lungs, Silver Puppy and I am just overwhelmed. I was hoping to get some direction from the group to a plug in play unit if that exists. Also need to know what the unit makes as far as PPM and how much to ingest? The product below I used to take half teaspoon to 8 oz of water.
