Me personally---- Am taking it orally. Mixing a level teaspoon of MgCl
flakes in in fresh made watermelon rind juice or carrot-apple-ginger juice.
Am making my own mag-oil and applying it trans-dermal. Will try nebulizing
it which Sircus also likes

Make your own mag-oil
Swanson in North Dakota has the MgCl flakes for you to make your own
On eBay you will find Oshawa brand nigari at about the same price.
Nigari is a traditional MgCl that the Japanese use to curdle soy milk into
tofu
Roughly $20 to get 2lbs flakes delivered to you from both sources

Swanson's comes from ancient underground deposits in Holland
Oshawa's is from the natural process of making sea salt

If you want 20-50 lbs nigari it is out there on the internet. One says
Chinese source. I would go with the one that is Japanese source

In this interview Mark Sircus says not to get the chemical product
MgCl...too much lead and heavy metals. He says this in the first ten minutes
