All I know is what I've read by people actually taking it, and some
people do take 1 tablespoon, and some people take two. It depends on the
individual and their response to it, and the condition they're taking
the DE for. I take two tablespoons, one in the morning and one in the
evening, that would be 1 tbsp approx every 12 hours. I worked up to that
in a couple of weeks starting out with one teaspoon and increasing as I
went along. Two tablespoons seems to be my best individual dose.

Almost all recommendations are for 1 tablespoon per day, not 2.

I've seen two tablespoons per day recommended, but you're supposed to
work up to that much:)

Really? This would actually be cool because Silica is expensive:
yet, it's
*can* help with hair loss OR so I've been told.
How much can you ingest a day and that's using FOOD GRADE
diamataceous earth
of course!

Diamataceous Earth is a cheapo way to get lots of Silica and some other
trace minerals.

The site www.eidon.com has, at the top of its home page, an

correctly, then
silica is a practically forgotten nutrient that greatly affects bone
development and maintainance. Among many other functions. It is a
short
article. I am hoping some of you will read this and post your
understanding
of the material. This product (their Silica) has had a profound
effect on
my skin and general flexibility, which, if I am reading correctly,
should be
expected with a greater intake of and more absorbable form of this
substance. Brittle bone disease might be quickly and easily
overcome using
this nutrient in more optimal amounts. Lots of other good things
should
happen for us also. IF I am getting the correct sense of this
material.
