As we get older crystalline debris forms in the middle ear fluid - this causes
vertigo and BPPV (check google) the Epsley (I think that's how you spell it)
exercises help but I cured mine eating 2lbs of crystallized ginger (proving it
is related to the condition of the liver even though it is an ear symptom!)

My mom lost her balance and fell today. She said she was extremely dizzy.
Went to ER and after some tests they said she had crystals in her ear canal.
