Dear Lew,
My tongue is usually firmly in my cheek, except when I use it to hold the cs against the roof of my mouth - which seems to help it get more directly in the direction of my sinuses - but also I suppose in the direction of my brain's nose - so I hope it's not getting up in there and causing any damage. It sure knocks out the bugs though. Do you think that cs/wheatgrass would do the same?
